End-to-End System Maintenance

Comverse offers an enhancement to the Maintenance package, ensuring that deployed systems achieve optimum performance with minimum intervention by the operator. Comverse Level 1 Support Services provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, leveraging existing maintenance contracts into an end-to-end system management. The Comverse Level 1 Support Services package allows Comverse to perform a range of support activities including monitoring, back-up and preventive maintenance. Together, the maintenance service and Level 1 Support Services package provide a complete system support solution covering: basic system administration, monitoring of system status, maintenance of system logs, weekly report generation and review, and basic system troubleshooting.
