Comverse Level 1 Support Services provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, leveraging existing maintenance contracts into an end-to-end system management. The Comverse Level 1 Support Services package allows Comverse to perform a range of support activities including monitoring, back-up and preventive maintenance.
