Professional Services support the deployment of each service provider solution. They manage solution integration into existing networks and into the OSS/BSS environments. The work can be carried out entirely by the Professional Services team or in cooperation with a systems integrator, or together with the customer’s own staff. If necessary, a Comverse Converged IP Communications expert can also support day-to-day operations during the ramp-up phase until the operator is ready to take over all the tasks.

Comverse Converged IP Communications project managers are all experienced in large carrier network deployments and deliver solutions worldwide. They are typically PMI certified and are required to follow an ongoing professional development program.
