The new IBM/Comverse Center of Excellence (CCoE) has been established within the IBM Telecom Solutions Lab in France and has been created to reduce risk and time-to-value of telecom solutions. The CCoE creates a BSS/OSS and Service-Delivery environment using software components from IBM and the Comverse® ONE™ Billing & Active Customer Management™ solution to provide a dynamic setting to allow clients to test proofs of concept with new capabilities in simulated environments, enhance innovation, and reduce implementation time and risk.
From Greenfield operators, to service providers interested in transforming their current customer care and billing environment, to current Comverse customers who are looking to upgrade their solution, the CCoE allows Comverse and IBM to demonstrate the years of experience the companies have together helping service providers implement convergence in a manner that supports their business imperatives.
