Prepaid World & Mobile Billing 2007

The Prepaid World conference was a marketing-focused event providing insights on how to maximize prepaid market share, service usage and ARPU, while increasing customer acquisition and loyalty via effective marketing campaigns. The corresponding Mobile Billing conference had a more technical agenda focusing on billing strategies, systems and processes to support multiple forms of convergence.

Over half of the 100 attendees across both conferences were operators. Comverse Billing customers attending the event included Movistar Chile, Kyivstar and MTS.

As associate sponsors we headed the Mobile Billing pre-conference workshop and a speaking session in the Prepaid World program. Will Rotch, CTO, Americas led the pre-conference workshop with a presentation covering the many dimensions of convergence and what it takes to become truly convergent. Ran Mitra, VP Business Development, Converged Billing Solution, led a speaking session in the Prepaid World agenda, providing insights regarding how to minimize churn by leveraging real-time usage information to implement customized promotions, personalized plans and tailored a la carte offers.
